Movie Plot / Summary:
Shanmugham—nicknamed “Benz”—is a former stuntman turned taxi driver in the tranquil hill town of Ranni. Deeply attached to his beloved vintage black Ambassador car, he lives a simple, contented life with his wife Lalitha and their two teenage children.
Everything changes when Shanmugham’s son’s college friends joyride the Ambassador and crash it. While it’s being repaired, two corrupt police officers plant illegal substances in the vehicle and have it impounded.
Shanmugham, desperate to retrieve his car and expose the injustice, discovers his livelihood and familial honor hang in the balance.
